Roberto De Zerbi to Depart Brighton After Final Match

Italian Coach to Leave Club After Mutual Agreement

Brighton and Hove Albion have announced that head coach Roberto De Zerbi will leave the club at the end of the season.

De Zerbi took over in September 2022 and has led Brighton to 9th place in the Premier League. However, the club has decided not to renew his contract.

"Roberto has done a fantastic job at the club, and we want to thank him for his hard work and dedication," said Brighton chairman Tony Bloom. "He has brought a new style of play to the team, and we have seen some great results under his leadership.

De Zerbi is expected to be replaced by former Burnley manager Sean Dyche, who is currently out of work.
